The level measurement on the LPG tank is carried out precisely and without contact by means of a Hall effect sensor, which is mounted on the flange of the existing float instead of the level indicator. The compact transmitter unit is protected and approved for use in ATEX Zone 1 and may be mounted in the manhole at underground tanks, under the protective cover or outside at aboveground tanks. Sensor and transmitter can be mounted on the tank quickly and without complex wiring: Fasten sensor with 2 screws, place antenna with magnetic base, connect transmitter with battery pack. That’s all!
Device, transmission and alarm parameters can be individually configured via the Web Platform and Mobile App.
Application: liquefied gas tank (above/below ground, ATEX zone 1)
Measuring method: non-contact level measurement by means of Hall effect sensor (magnetic field)

The compact transmitter unit is suitable for all commercially available tank shapes: standing or lying cylinder, rectangular tank, above and below ground. Prerequisite is a suitable free tank opening (diameter at least 1″). The installation of pressure probe or capacitive sensor can be carried out independently of filling level, even when the tank is full. Special pressure probes with Ex 0 approval are available for fuels.

This robust transmitter unit offers everything in one: level measurement via capacitive cable sensor, temperature detection of the medium as well as localization of the tank via GPS/cell IDs.
The highlight: The device can be mounted and screwed directly in the tank opening of the container. The integrated SIM chip transmits the data worldwide via GPRS. No matter where the tank is, you can keep an eye on all parameters via App. The unit is certified for use in Ex Zone 1/0.

The tank level can be conveniently read and monitored on the LCD display, e.g. in the home or office. The device receives the coded signal (868 MHz) from up to four RCT Radio Transmitters type LEVELview.BASIC within a range of up to 1.500 m (free field). The device only needs to be connected to a 230V socket by power cable. As soon as the assigned Transmitter is activated on the tank, the current fill level can be read as percentage value and alternatively be switched to liter display (4-digit). A red LED, warning and battery symbol indicate a minimum fill level below 20 percent, a discharged transmitter battery or interrupted radio connection.
Application: level indicator for stationary liquefied gas tanks (tanks for oil, water, etc. on request)

The device receives the coded signal (868 MHz) from an RCT Radio Transmitter type LEVELview.BASIC within a radius of up to 500 m (free field). It is connected to a 230V socket by a power cable. As soon as the assigned transmitter is activated on the tank, the current fill level is received and output as an analog signal. At the same time, a relay can be switched at a certain level value or an alarm situation. Four LED lights show the operating status of the connections, regular signal reception as well as low battery charge of the assigned transmitter.
Application: conversion of level value into analog signal of 4-20 mA for integration into control systems, plus relay control depending on level/battery/signal
Analog output: current output 4-20 mA e.g. 0% level = 4 mA, > 85 % level = 20 mA
Relay output: potential-free change-over contact, programmable via rotary code switch (level in 10% steps/battery/signal)

The device receives the coded signal (868 MHz) from up to 12 RCT Radio Transmitters type LEVELview.BASIC within a range of up to 1.500 m (free field). The Radio Receiver is easily configured using a PC or smartphone by a user-friendly menu navigation. The data received at defined intervals is stored internally and sent regularly in encrypted form to a defined IP address (cloud storage) via an in-house WiFi network. This makes it possible to display the information on smartphones and PCs worldwide. Alarm messages on defined limit values can be forwarded via email, SMS or push notification.

The sensor can be connected by cable with plug to an RCT Transmitter type LEVELview. It is inserted into the tank through a suitable free tank opening (diameter min. 1″) so that the weight contacts the bottom. The sensor cable should not be placed directly along metal walls, since metal changes the capacity of the liquid level to be measured. A distance of at least 20 cm should be ensured. The counterweight can be unscrewed to shorten the length of the sensor cable depending on the tank or the desired measuring height. The sensor is calibrated via Web Application or can be preset at the factory to the desired measurement height and medium.
